Copyright and Technology Conference

 

The Copyright and Technology: London 2013 conference will be taking place in central London on Thursday 17th October at the offices of ReedSmith. Organised by Bill Rosenblatt, who runs the copyrightandtechnology.com blog and local partners Music Ally, this is the second event to be held in London, and the fourth Copyright and Technology conference. 

 

The line up of speakers includes Richard Hooper CBE, Pauline Blassel, Hadopi, FX Nuttall, Google, Geoff Taylor, BPI, Richard Mollet, Publishers Association, Fiona Philips, Australian Copyright Council, Tim Coates, Bilbary, Thomas Sehested, MarkMonitor, Alex Terpstra, Civolution, Nick Stringer, IAB and many more. 

 

 

This all day conference is aimed at lawyers, representatives of large media companies, service providers, tech startups, academia and policy advisers to debate copyright issues in the digital age over themes such as: Brand advertising on piracy sites; Graduated response; Automated content recognition and second screen applications; Cyberlockers and large-scale piracy; and Content protection for over-the-top video services and the data-driven company.
